LAFAYETTE – A police chase out of Iberville Parish led to a fiery crash on I-10 West shutting down the interstate close to Louisiana Avenue in Lafayette.
Iberville Parish deputies noticed a stolen automobile out of New Orleans round 8:30 p.m. that was headed towards Lafayette.
Louisiana State Police assisted with the pursuit, utilizing skipe strips to gradual the stolen automobile.
Authorities say the automobile then crashed right into a street upkeep truck and each automobiles went up in flames.
