Jordan Chin has yet another season of eligibility, and he’ll use it some place else.
On Thursday, Chin — a redshirt senior huge receiver — indicated in an Instagram put up that he’ll search a switch this offseason.
“Grateful for the chance and stuff I’ve discovered at this college on and off the sphere plus the entire assist from husky nation,” Chin wrote. “Thanks for every little thing, it’s all love! I’m not finished but although onto the subsequent! #GoDawgs”
In 29 profession video games, Chin — a 6-foot, 170-pound huge receiver from Chaminade Prep Excessive College in San Fernando, Calif. — recorded 5 catches for 116 yards and two touchdowns. He caught one go for 3 yards in 4 video games this season.
As a result of eligibility was formally paused in 2020, Chin can have yet another season to play at his future college.
In the meantime, the Huskies are slated to have 9 scholarship huge receivers in 2021: juniors Terrell Bynum and Ty Jones, sophomores Puka Nacua, Marquis Spiker and Austin Osborne and freshmen Rome Odunze, Jalen McMillan, Sawyer Racanelli and Jabez Tinae.
Chin’s resolution comes someday after UW redshirt sophomore quarterback Jacob Sirmon additionally entered the switch portal.
